Kitchen:  Fully stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven.  Full supply  of dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.

Linens:  All sheets, towels and beach towels provided.  Iron and ironing board.

Supplies:  Dish Soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, some large trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath.  We do not supply laundry soap.

Outdoor Features:  Charcoal grill, lounge chairs.

Boat Dockage:  18’ floating dock for boats up to 24 feet.

Parking:  2 cars, 1 boat trailer on property.  Additional parking possible upon request.

Central A/C:  Not to be set below 70 degrees.

Other:  Washer/Dryer, ice maker in refrigerator, cable TV.

Location:  20 minutes from Key West, 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park.
