Extra Sleeping: 2 single fold out beds stored in closets.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven. Plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided.
Supplies: Dish Soap, dishwasher soap, new sponge, some large trash bags, bar and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, one roll paper towels, one roll extra TP, propane for grill. We do not supply laundry soap.
Outdoor Features: Propane grill, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs.
Hot Tub: Is located under house by pool.
Boat Dockage: 20’ floating dock for boats up to 22 feet.
Parking: 4 cars, 1 boat trailer on property.
Pet Friendly: yes upon approval
Central A/C: Not to be set below 70 degrees.
Other: Washer/Dryer, Ice Maker in refrigerator, high speed wireless internet, cable TV.
