House Information for FANDANGO Cudjoe Key - MM21.5 4 BEDROOM/3 BATH - sleeps 8-10

Ocean-view home with heated pool, hot tub, private beach, floating dock with swim ladder, screened-in porch, hammock, lush tropical landscape, fruit trees, kayaks and adult bikes.
Master Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed and single bed, private bath with shower, flat screen TV, ocean view.
King Bedroom (Top Floor): Hall bath with tub shower.
Olympia Queen Bedroom: Larger than a queen bed. Hall bath with tub shower.
Queen Bedroom: With a single bed also. Hall bath with tub shower.
Screened in Porch: On top floor for sunset viewing with 2 full futons.
Living Room: Flat screen TV, DVD Player, full futon.
Two Ocean Front Decks: one with outdoor dining for 6, one with 2 oversized lounge chairs.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven. Plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided.
Kayaks and Bikes: There are 2 bikes under the house and 2 bikes under the rental house next door. If you borrow them, just put them back. The kayak rack is shared with the house next door. There are 4 doubles and 2 singles.
Supplies: Dish Soap, dishwasher soap, new sponge, some large trash bags, bar and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, one roll paper towels, one roll extra TP, propane for grill. We do not supply laundry soap.
Outdoor Features: Weber propane grill, lounge chairs, 2 pool floats
Boat Dockage: 20’ floating dock, boats up to 24 feet.
Parking: 2 cars, 1 boat trailer on property. Additional parking possible upon request and approval.
Central A/C: Not to be set below 70 degrees.
Pool: 10X20, winter heated temperature 82 degrees
Hot Tub: Seats 4 adults or 6 kids
Other: Washer/Dryer, ice maker in refrigerator, water filter on sink, local phone line, high speed wireless internet, direct TV.
