Tropical Paradise Cudjoe Key - MM21.5 sleeps 6

Oceanfront home with: heated dipping pool, hot tub, floating dock with swim ladder, screened-in porch, hammock, sandy beach area, lush tropical landscape, fruit trees, kayaks and adult bikes.
Master Bedroom: King bed and trundle bed with 2 singles. Room can be divided with an accordion door into 2 semi-private rooms. Private bath with shower. Flat screen TV.
Queen Bedroom: Hall bath with tub shower.
Living Room: Queen futon, flat screen TV, DVD player.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven. Plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided.
Kayaks and Bikes: There are 2 bikes under the house and 2 bikes under the rental house next door. If you borrow them, just put them back. The kayak rack is shared with the house next door. There are 4 doubles and 2 singles.
Supplies: Dish Soap, dishwasher soap, new sponge, some large trash bags, bar and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, one roll paper towels, one roll extra TP, propane for grill. We do not supply laundry soap.
Laundry Room: Is located off the front porch. It has a full bath but no A/C.
Outdoor Features: Weber propane grill, sun deck, Adirondack chairs, 2 lounge chairs, Hammock.
Boat Dockage: 30’ floating dock, boats up to 24 feet.
Parking: 2 cars, 1 boat trailer on property. Additional parking possible upon request.
Central A/C: Not to be set below 70 degrees.
Other: Washer/Dryer, ice maker in refrigerator, local phone, high speed wireless internet, Direct TV.
Location: 20 minutes from Key West, 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park.
