Master Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed and private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV, ocean view, deck. 

Second Bedroom (Main Floor):   Queen bed with hall shower. 

Third Bedroom:  Queen bed with hall shower.

Fourth Bedroom:  Queen bed with private bath/shower. 

Extra sleeping:  Full futon in office alcove.  Queen sleeper sofa in living room

Various Decks:  Views sunrise and moonrise and Little Palm Island.  Kite surfers on windy days.

Living Room: Flat screen TV, DVD Player.

Kitchen:  Fully stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric flat top range, 2 separate ovens.  Plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.

Linens:  All sheets, towels and beach towels provided.  Iron and ironing board also provided.

Kayaks and Bikes:  2 single kayaks, 2 adult bikes, snooker table under house. 

Supplies:  Dish Soap, dishwasher soap, new sponge, some large trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of TP per bath.  We do not supply laundry soap.

Outdoor Features:  Propane grill, lounge chairs, pool floats.

Boat Dockage:  Any size with a 4’ draft.  15,000 lb boat lift.

Parking:  2 cars, 1 boat trailer on property.  Additional parking possible upon request and approval.

Central A/C:  Not to be set below 70 degrees.

Other:  Washer/Dryer, ice maker in refrigerator, high speed wireless internet, DirectTV.
